NewsApril 9, 2026

We are delighted to welcome Emily Bolon to Blykalla as our new Chief Commercial Officer.

Emily will lead the company’s commercial strategy and market development as we advance toward deployment of the SEALER reactor to deliver reliable baseload power to industrial users, utilities, and data centers. Emily brings expertise in advancing projects toward bankability, structuring complex commercial frameworks, and leading engagement across offtake customers, industrial stakeholders, investors, utilities, and regulators.

Emily has held executive leadership roles in the energy, clean tech, and materials sectors. At BP, Emily worked within E&P to secure access to new markets, headed up energy efficiency and greenhouse gas management, and advanced large-scale investments in renewables. At H&M Group, she established the global commercial function, forged strategic partnerships, then co-founded and led Looper Textile Co., an industrial joint venture focused on scaling circular infrastructure.

Emily holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and an undergraduate degree from Brown University. She resides in Sweden and is originally from the US.

"Meeting rising global energy demand requires clean, reliable power at scale. Blykalla has the technology and timing to play a leading role in a rapidly expanding market, and I look forward to partnering with an exceptional, cross-functional team to turn that potential into reality."

— Emily Bolon, CCO at Blykalla
