Blykalla welcomes Fanny Widepalm to the Business Development team!
Fanny holds degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. She began her career at Material Economics, a management consultancy firm focused on sustainability strategy, which was later acquired by McKinsey. Curious to explore the world of impact start-ups, Fanny joined Norrsken VC, where she led impact and ESG topics. With great experience from the VC side of the table, Fanny was ready to step over to the start-up life, and be part of the journey that Blykalla offers.
At Blykalla, Fanny will help drive our business and commercial efforts. She will be working under Blykalla's CFO Mikael Fraenkel. Her mix of sustainability expertise and hands-on venture experience makes her a fantastic addition to our team.
When asked what attracted her to Blykalla, Fanny answers: "The chance of being part of driving the climate transition in action. Not making a difference on the margin, but truly addressing one of the most fundamental parts. And not just an app, but physical hardware, grounded in decades of research."
